CHARTER OF ETHICS
1- Obligations of the editorial board:
- Weighs on the editorial board composed of the editor-in-chief, associate editors, reviewers and members of the editorial secretariat several responsibilities and obligations:
- The journal publishes only the original scientific subject after it has been submitted for reading by the editor-in-chief or by the associate editors, it is subject to a mandatory evaluation by two evaluators, and in the event of contradiction between the two reports, the article is entrusted to a third
evaluator, whose decision is irrevocable. - The editorial board undertakes to publish accepted articles free of charge.
- The journal's editorial board undertakes to preserve the scientific material sent and not to disclose it or make it available to third parties until its publication. The processing of articles and their evaluation are done in accordance with the principles of transparency and scientific objectivity: the identity of the author being anonymous during its evaluation.
- The editorial board is required to inform the authors of all developments related to their articles, within a reasonable time.
- The editorial board undertakes to select the reviewers according to their scientific knowledge relating to the research subject.The journal's editorial board establishes a certificate of acceptance of publication for the benefit of the authors or a certificate of publication at the author's request addressed to the editor-in-chief via the journal's email address(revuecrsic@gmail.com).
- The articles are published according to the fixed schedule (semestrial) on the/>ASJP Platform allowing the articles to be viewed and downloaded permanently and free of charge.
2- Obligations of the authors:
- Authors should submit original research and present it accurately and objectively, in a scientific manner consistent with the characteristics of academic articles, whether in terms of style, form or content, in accordance Directorate General for Scientific Research andTechnological Development Research Center in Islamic Sciences and Civilisation Laghouat – Algeria with the publication standards and policies of journal, correctly demonstrating the data and taking into account the rights of others in the article.
- Authors must commit to sending the original scientific material edited by
them and which has not been previously published in another journal. - Scientific material must be referenced by citing the sources of information.The authors are solely responsible for the authenticity and originality of the scientific material submitted for publication. The journal disclaims all liability in the event of plagiarism.
- Authors are responsible for the opinions expressed in their articles.
- Authors must make corrections and modifications as required.
- Authors should avoid subjects that arouse sensitivities, whether political, ethnic, sexual or otherwise.
3-Obligations of the evaluators:
- Evaluators help the editor-in-chief and editorial board to make the publication decision, and help the author improve and correct their article, respecting a number of rules and standards that follow:
- Evaluators must accept evaluation of the article within one week of receipt, so that the editor can designate another if the article is not received. In the event that they accept the evaluation, they are required to submit their reports within a maximum one month.All information concerning the article must be confidential. The evaluators must maintain their confidentiality and may not disclose or discuss its content with any party, except those authorized by the editor.
- Reviewers should prove their reviews and evaluations of the research assigned to them, with objective evidence and arguments, and avoid personal, racial, sectarian and other opinions
